We can. Personalization like student last names, locker numbers, grade levels, or class periods is a popular add-on for accountability and easy sorting in the locker room. Because each personalized garment requires a unique setup, there is a small per-piece fee. Just send us a roster and we'll handle the rest.

For daily wear and repeat washing, we steer most programs toward durable cotton/poly blends and moisture-wicking performance fabrics that keep students cool and dry during activity. Cotton tees are an economical, comfortable choice, while performance tees and mesh shorts are a great upgrade for active programs. We'll help you pick the right fit, weight, and budget for your gym.

Depending on the design and quantity, we decorate with screen printing, embroidery, or digital print. One or two-color screen printing is the most economical choice for large single-design uniform orders. For designs with lots of colors and gradients, we normally use digital prints, and embroidery is a great option for a premium look on sweats and warm-ups. We select the method that delivers the best durability and look for your uniforms.

Yes. PE uniforms are made to be worn hard, sweated in, and washed constantly, so we use decoration methods built to last. Our prints are designed to stay vibrant and intact through a full school year of daily gym class and repeated laundering.

We offer flexible solutions for any size program. Bulk PE uniform orders typically start at a minimum of 12 pieces, and pricing improves as your quantity grows. If you'd prefer parents to order and pay individually, we can also set up an online team store with no per-person minimum, so families can buy the required uniform in their student's exact size.

After your initial order for the year, we lock in your pricing so refills and mid-year reorders cost the same per piece as the original run, even when the reorder quantity is smaller. That keeps your budget predictable when new students enroll or replacements are needed.

Yes. You can mix any combination of Youth Small through Adult sizes within a single order at no extra charge, which is ideal for K-12 programs spanning a wide age range. Extended sizes are available on request. Tip: youth medium and adult small are usually the most-requested sizes, so it's smart to order a few extras.

For most programs, we recommend finalizing your order four to five weeks before the school year or your registration date. This leaves comfortable time for design approval, production, and distribution planning. Need uniforms faster? Reach out, and we'll do everything we can to hit your date.

You can choose the distribution method that fits your program. For a small fee we can bulk-ship the full order to your school, sorted and bagged by grade, class period, or teacher for smooth hand-out, referred to as kitting. We handle the sorting so your PE staff can focus on teaching, not counting shirts.

In the rare event of a supply issue, we notify you right away and offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater quality. We monitor inventory closely during your order window to keep your timeline on track for the start of the school year.
